  1. CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE

Customers please pack carefully, use carton box to cover the product box.

Go to the website: shop.cocovie.com.vn, download the file “Exchange Form File”, fill in all the information on the Exchange Form File and print it out, stick it on the outside of the package.

Upon receiving a defective product, we will return the product to the factory’s QC department to determine the cause and the maximum return time for the customer is 1 week from the date we receive the defective product.

In case the product the customer wants to exchange has a higher value than the old product, the customer must pay the extra money upon receipt of the goods.
